WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE HELP YOU BUY A HOME?
The Help-U-Sell Process:
You Contact the office and the counselor collects pertinent information.
The counselor pre-qualifies you so you know how much home you can afford. Then the counselor helps you find the best financing for your needs.
The lender takes a credit application and checks your credit, then verifies employment and bank accounts. The lender issues a pre-approval letter.
The counselor schedules appointments for you to see homes that match your wants and needs.
When we find the right home, the counselor helps you write an offer to purchase. You write an earnest money check to secure the property.
The counselor presents the offer to the seller or the seller's agent. We negotiate until both parties reach a final agreement.
We order inspections of the property and negotiate repairs.
The lender orders an appraisal of the property you have selected.
The loan is approved.
The title comany does a title search and issues title insurance.
The seller signs the closing documents.
We do a final walk-through inspection of your new home and go to the closing.
